Hotel Lungomare - Cervia

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options, including allergy-friendly food. The location is great, very close to the beach and by the park.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Great location with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. the room was nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. the breakfast spread had a good variety of options and the coffee tasted great.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard. the bathroom had a strong odor and looked like it had not been properly cleaned for some time.

It has got excellent location, it's on the seaside and also close to the city center. Far worth its price and the breakfast was also variable and nice Italian. The waiters were brilliant such as the receptionists were friendly. the view is also great with a big balcony. we really had a great time there. thanks!

In the reception there was a younger woman and a man, who were very friendly and helpful in everything, absolutely and another one with black hair, who was not kind at all, not born to work in customer service.

Modern rooms, helpful staff, excellent location, good breakfast, comfortable bed.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

the hotel was conveniently situated close to the beach and port, making it ideal for sightseeing and leisure. the room was well-furnished, and the beds were OK, though the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. the view from the balcony was impressive, with a calming breeze and a lovely atmosphere. the service and breakfast were excellent. the hotel facilities were fantastic and included a TV, Wi-Fi, and electricity outlets in the rooms.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim.

My Xmas holiday was delightful! The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and very comfortable rooms with excellent amenities. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of fresh items to choose from each morning. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and other attractions nearby. The staff was always friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.

The soundproofing could have been better as sometimes I could hear guests talking in the neighboring rooms. , the housekeeping could have been more thorough as they missed a few spots during their cleaning rounds.
